Chef Julian Brown’s culinary standing is built entirely on real-world mastery. Bypassing the traditional academic route, he developed his craft through exclusive, hands-on mentorship under multiple Michelin-starred chefs. This rigorous foundation, combined with his prestigious background as the former Executive Chef at Bridgewater Associates, allows him to bring an uncompromising, world-class dining experience to Mantras.

Throughout his career, Chef Julian has mastered the art of culinary hospitality at every scale. He has meticulously designed and executed high-profile corporate functions, elegant catered events, and weddings, ensuring every detail flawlessly reflects the client's vision. An educator at heart, he also designs and leads immersive cooking classes, ranging from intimate interactive workshops to large-scale team-building events.
