Chef Julian Brown has always been attracted to food because of its deep-rooted connection to family. At its simplest, food has the ability to show care, consideration, and love. When done well, it has the ability to change how people feel.
As the former Executive Chef at Bridgewater Associates in Westport, CT, Chef Julian Brown has worked with some of the most high-profile clientele and has trained exclusively under multiple Michelin-starred chefs.
Throughout his career, he has successfully coordinated and taught a wide range of cooking classes, from intimate workshops to large-scale corporate events. His experience extends to meticulously planning and executing corporate functions, catered events, and weddings, ensuring every detail reflects the client's vision and brand
